PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

It is a matter of great pride and privilege to lead an institution that is committed to nurturing technical competence, innovation, and ethical values among students. Since its establishment in 2008, our institute has been dedicated to providing quality technical education and preparing young minds to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving technological world.

The institution commenced its academic journey with two diploma programs — Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and Computer Engineering — with an initial intake of 60 students in each program. Over the years, the intake has been enhanced to 60 + 6 (EWS) seats in each branch, reflecting the institution’s steady growth and the confidence placed in it by students, parents, and the community.

Our campus is equipped with modern academic infrastructure including well-designed classrooms, digital classrooms, and sixteen fully functional laboratories with contemporary equipment. These facilities, combined with the dedication of our highly qualified and committed faculty members, create an environment that fosters academic excellence, innovation, and practical learning.

A landmark achievement in our journey was the accreditation of both diploma programs by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi in 2023 for a period of three years. This recognition stands as a testament to our continuous efforts to maintain high academic standards, strengthen outcome-based education, and ensure continuous quality improvement.

In our pursuit of keeping pace with emerging technologies, a state-of-the-art Internet of Things (IoT) Laboratory was established in 2024 with equipment worth ₹31 lakhs. This facility was generously sponsored by IREL (India) – REPM Plant, Visakhapatnam, with the support and coordination of the Hon’ble District Collector, Anakapalli. The laboratory significantly enhances students’ exposure to modern technological applications and research-oriented learning.

Our institution firmly believes in inclusive and equitable education. Through initiatives such as the Pragathi Scholarship Scheme of the Ministry of Education and AICTE, 75 girl students receive financial assistance each year, empowering them to pursue technical education and build successful careers.

The college consistently maintains a student enrollment rate exceeding 98%, reflecting the strong trust of the community. I am also proud to note that our institution has achieved 100% placements over the last three years, with students securing opportunities in reputed organizations such as Texas Instruments, ThoughtWorks, Medha Servo Drives, Efftronics, MosChip, Wipro, Daikin, and Royal Enfield.

Beyond academics, the institution emphasizes holistic development by promoting innovation, social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and leadership qualities among students. Activities such as industrial visits, skill development programs, cultural events, environmental initiatives, and community outreach programs are regularly organized to nurture well-rounded individuals.

The institution has also taken proactive steps to improve infrastructure and accessibility. With the support of the Hon’ble local MLA, the issue of road access to the campus was successfully addressed, leading to the construction of a 750-meter cement concrete road, greatly improving connectivity and convenience for students and staff.

At our institution, we remain committed to fostering a culture of academic excellence, innovation, discipline, and social responsibility. With the continued support of our dedicated faculty, enthusiastic students, supportive parents, industry partners, and well-wishers, we are confident of achieving greater milestones and contributing meaningfully to the development of society and the nation.
